Medical Examinations as-

  • General physical examination
  • Chest X-ray
  • Blood tests (HIV, Hepatitis B/C, Syphilis, Malaria etc.)
  • Urine tests
  • Eye and hearing checks (occasionally)
  • Other tests (depending on GCC country requirements).

For booking online, you need to follow as directed.

The booking procedures are as: –

  1. Your Passport details
  2. Visa category and destination country
  3. Nationality
  4. Valid contact number and email address
  5. Passport size photos with white/blue background depending upon the country
  • Pay the service fee online (check from website).
  • Receive confirmation and appointment GCC slip with medical centre details from our website or your mail id or your WhatsApp.

On the day of test, you need to carry following documents such as:

  • Original passport
  • Appointment confirmation slip
  • Passport-size photographs
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate (if required)
  • Any previous medical reports (if applicable)
  • Reports uploaded from GAMCA portal.

The reports are usually provided or uploaded within 2-3 days of the test. Medical report is valid for 3 months (90 days only). Next steps after receiving “Fit” result are to submit report to embassy or visa agency or the GCC country’s embassy/consulate in India. Continue with visa stamping and travel arrangements.

Schedule the tests only when you are set to fly within 90 days of your medical tests report.

If visa gets delayed and test is already done then your travel might get cancelled as the medical fitness report is valid only for 90 days from the day of test, so make sure once you are all set to go with all the other processes then take this final medical test. Schedule your date of flight accordingly. Do not consume any alcohol or any such medications (such as antibiotics etc. many more) prior test as it might affect your test reports.
